Inside Sales Executive (New York and San Francisco)
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years sales experience to sell
our business working capital product. Candidates should have excellent
telephone communication skills, have an outgoing personality and the desire
to succeed.
Credit Card Terminal / POS Terminal Technical Support Representative
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting all aspects of the technical support department and the download file building process
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with internal/external sales agents and offices
- Providing continuous support and communication via phone and/or email to merchants and sales representatives
- Assisting in obtaining documentation/information to complete the download/file/POS conversion
- Building download files
Requirements:
- Experience in a technical support call center environment
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with Verifone, Hypercom, Nurit and POS software system downloads and conversions
- Familiarity and understanding of technical support terminology
- Detail oriented
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written, organizational, and team-building skills
Senior Customer Service Representative (New York)
This position requires you to be hands-on and field
merchant inquiries, complaints, etc. as well as
supervise others in the customer service department.
An emphasis on customer retention and improving
customer relations is required.
Requirements:
- Must have previous customer service management experience in the merchant services / bankcard industry
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- A self-motivated individual capable of initiating and implementing sound business decisions
- Highly productive achiever who can work independently or as a team member
- Have excellent communication, leadership, and verbal skills
